Mr. Pucak brings over 35 years of district energy experience as well as established industry expertise in all facets of power plant and distribution maintenance, capital improvements, and staff training and supervision.  He has held a variety of positions during his career within the industry in Youngstown, Akron, and Cleveland, OH, St. Louis, MO, Boston, MA, Richmond, Martinsville, and Hohenwald, VA.  Rick is a member of the International District Energy Association (IDEA) and served on the Board of Directors from 2003-2007. Rick is responsible for overall direction of HES and administers operations at all HES GM facilities.
