33 years of experience in steam production from coal, renewables (Energy From Waste) and natural gas with 28 years at a large electric utility. Previous positions included engineer for various plant systems (steam turbine generators, Boilers, plant auxiliaries, wastewater treatment) and Engineering Section Head at a large pulverized coal power plant.  Technical involvement included corporate teams for lubrication, steam turbines, and divisional teams for plant layup. Experience includes work management, project management and safety systems.  Dale holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Windsor.
