Mr. Butler has more than 20 years of wastewater experience working as an Environmental Scientist, Industrial Compliance Inspector and Environmental Protection Specialist. Mr. Butler holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Ball State University. He also holds a State of Indiana Class D Industrial Wastewater Licenses.
