Robert started his Career at Oxus America, a medical device manufacturer/supplier. Working production 2012 – 2014, in 2014 he was promoted to manufacturing manager and served in that role until 2017. He came to HES in 2017 and worked as a mechanic and operator at the Detroit-Hamtramck Assembly Plant and at the Flint truck and Bus Plant. In 2018 he was promoted to the Plant Managers role. He carries certifications for OSHA 511 and compressed air basics. He is currently attending Deppmann Technical School to further his knowledge base.
